Joanne Tyes Briseno is a 22-year-old journalism student at Michigan State University where she will be graduating this spring with a bachelors in journalism. She plans to attend graduate school in New York City where she will pursue a masters in publishing.  Joanne is from Lansing, Mich. She is the youngest of five children and the first in her family to attend college.

Joanne wrote Stadium Traffic Produces Pollution and Consumes Resources and U-M, Penn. State Lead Big 10 in Football Recycling.
